Customer service will review and confirm eligibility for return within 1-2 business days.
After approval, you will receive a return address and instructions.
After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will process a refund or exchange within 7 business days.
Swoopling LLC will cover return shipping costs for product quality issues or incorrect shipments.
For returns due to personal reasons (such as dislike or incorrect size), shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Used or damaged products.
Items that have exceeded the return period.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment account.
Bank or payment processing times may delay the return of your funds.
For partial returns, the refund amount will be the actual amount paid for the returned merchandise, excluding shipping costs.
